2. Our Services
TPMK Vending provides vending machine and micro-market placement, installation, stocking, and maintenance services for qualifying businesses in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Eligibility, availability, and the terms of any free-placement offer are determined by us and may change at any time.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our form (or otherwise opting in), you consent to receive text messages from TPMK Vending. The terms of our SMS program are as follows:
- Program description & use cases: We send (a) transactional/non-marketing messages related to your free vending machine request, installation scheduling, and service updates, and (b) with your separate, optional consent, marketing/promotional messages such as special offers and product updates.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
