- At least 30 people at the location on a typical day Staff and visitors both count. Below that a machine will not stay stocked well enough to be worth your wall space — we would rather tell you now than disappoint you later.
- A bit of floor space near a standard power outlet We will confirm the spot when we visit. Installation usually takes under an hour.

Yes — completely free, and there is no catch. We make our money from the products sold inside the machine, so the machine, the delivery, the installation, the restocking and the repairs all cost you nothing. You get the amenity; we do the work and carry the risk.
So how do you make money?
From product sales at the machine. That is why daily foot traffic matters to us — the busier your site, the better it works for both of us. It also means we are motivated to keep it stocked with things your people actually want.
How do I know if my location qualifies?
Most sites with steady daily foot traffic do: offices with regular staff, warehouses, gyms, apartment communities, hotels and similar. The main threshold is around 30 or more people at the location on a typical day, and being in the DFW area. Fill in the form and we will confirm within one business day.
How fast can it be installed?
Typically about a week from approval. Delivery and installation usually take under an hour and will not disrupt your operations.
Do I need a licence or permit?
No. Texas does not require a special licence for a vending machine on your own business premises. We handle everything on our side.
Can we choose what goes in it?
Absolutely. We will tailor the snack and drink selection to your team — including healthy snacks, protein bars, dried fruit, trail mix and low-sugar drinks — and adjust the mix over time based on what sells.
Who refills it, and how often?
